5. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the client fails to submit a refund request within the specified time frame.
  • If the client has already used the services beyond the initial two-day period.
  • If the client’s dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control or covered by other policies.
